Last updated: September 2026. This privacy policy explains how we process personal data when you visit grazr-tec.com, join our waitlist or apply for a job with us. We process personal data in accordance with the EU General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) and German data protection law.

2. Hosting

This website is hosted by Framer B.V., Rozengracht 207B, 1016 LZ Amsterdam, Netherlands. When you visit our site, Framer processes technical data such as your IP address, browser type, referrer URL and the time of access in server logs. This processing is necessary to deliver the website securely and reliably and is based on our legitimate interest (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR). We have concluded a data processing agreement with Framer.

3. Framer Analytics

We use Framer’s built-in analytics to understand how our website is used. Framer Analytics works without cookies and without creating personal usage profiles; data is collected in aggregated form only. Legal basis is our legitimate interest in improving our website (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR).

4. Google Analytics

With your consent, we use Google Analytics, a web analytics service provided by Google Ireland Limited, Gordon House, Barrow Street, Dublin 4, Ireland. Google Analytics uses cookies and similar technologies to analyze your use of the website and creates usage statistics for us. Data may be transferred to Google LLC in the United States; Google is certified under the EU-U.S. Data Privacy Framework. IP addresses are anonymized before storage.
Legal basis is your consent (Art. 6(1)(a) GDPR, § 25(1) TDDDG). You can withdraw your consent at any time with effect for the future via the cookie settings on this website. Without your consent, Google Analytics is not loaded.

5. Waitlist

If you join our waitlist, we store your e-mail address to send you updates, news and insights about Grazr. Legal basis is your consent (Art. 6(1)(a) GDPR). You can unsubscribe at any time using the link in any of our e-mails or by writing to info@grazr-tec.com; we then delete your address from the list.

6. Job applications

If you apply for a position at Grazr (for example by e-mail to jobs@grazr-tec.com), we process the data contained in your application to conduct the application process. Legal basis is Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR and § 26 BDSG. If your application is unsuccessful, we delete your data no later than six months after the end of the process, unless you consent to a longer retention for future openings.

7. Your rights

You have the right to access the personal data we hold about you, and the right to rectification, erasure, restriction of processing, data portability and objection to processing based on legitimate interests. Where processing is based on consent, you may withdraw it at any time with effect for the future. You also have the right to lodge a complaint with a supervisory authority; the authority responsible for us is Der Hamburgische Beauftragte für Datenschutz und Informationsfreiheit, Ludwig-Erhard-Straße 22, 20459 Hamburg.
